To register a shipment claim on the invoice in Ikomsoft, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your Ikomsoft account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Access the Guide or Invoice section in the main navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find the invoice or guide related to the shipment you want to claim and click on it to open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. At the bottom of the screen, click on Guide Details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Verify that the data is correct. If you need to make changes, do so before continuing with the claim process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on the Claims tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
