To cancel a collection in IKOMSOFT, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Access the IKOMSOFT platform with your username and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the “Pickup” module in the main menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the “Report” tab and search for the Pickup you want to cancel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the Pickup code to open it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. On the right side, locate the field that says “Completed” and select “Cancelled.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the “Update” button to cancel the Pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
