To update a package using the scanner in IKOMSOFT, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Ensure that the scanner’s user account is properly configured for STATUS usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the “IKOMSOFT TRACKING” app on your mobile phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Log in with your username and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the type of scanning: Camera or Laser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose the STATUS and the COUNTRY.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Press the SCAN button and focus on the barcode you want to update the status of.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Once you have finished scanning all the barcodes, press the button at the bottom right “Sync now” for 3 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
