To recover old data in Ikomsoft, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to the Ikomsoft platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the configuration module in the main navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Go to the Utility section and click on “Recover Data.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Next, click on the “Search Invoice in History” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Enter the client’s number you wish to view the history for, for example, the pound sign followed by the client’s number, and press Enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The old data for that client will then be displayed in Ikomsoft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
