How to register a shipment claim in IKOMSOFT?

To register a shipment claim on the invoice in Ikomsoft, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ikomsoft account.
  2. Access the Guide or Invoice section in the main navigation bar.
  3. Find the invoice or guide related to the shipment you want to claim and click on it to open.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, click on Guide Details.
  5. Verify that the data is correct. If you need to make changes, do so before continuing with the claim process.
  6. Click on the Claims tab.
  7. Fill out the claim form with relevant information, including details about the shipment issue and any tracking or reference information you have.
  8. In the status tab, select the status of the claim, open or closed.
  9. Click on the create button to complete the claim.
