How to register a shipment claim in IKOMSOFT?

To register a shipment claim on the invoice in Ikomsoft, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Ikomsoft account.
- Access the Guide or Invoice section in the main navigation bar.
- Find the invoice or guide related to the shipment you want to claim and click on it to open.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on Guide Details.
- Verify that the data is correct. If you need to make changes, do so before continuing with the claim process.
- Click on the Claims tab.
- Fill out the claim form with relevant information, including details about the shipment issue and any tracking or reference information you have.
- In the status tab, select the status of the claim, open or closed.
- Click on the create button to complete the claim.
