How to change the status of a consolidated shipment in IKOMSOFT?

To move a consolidated shipment to a different status in IKOMSOFT, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the IKOMSOFT platform with your username and password.
2. Select the “Configuration” module from the main menu.
3. In the guide section, click on the “Consolidated Number” tab.
4. Click on the code of the created consolidated shipment.
5. In the “Package Status” tab, select the status to which you want to move the consolidated shipment.
6. Click on the “Update” button.
7. Then, click on the “Consolidated” module in the main navigation bar.
8. Select the packages you want to reconsolidate and move to the selected status.
9. At the bottom left, select the consolidated shipment and click on “Consolidate Package.”
10. Once you have reconsolidated the packages, they will move to the selected status in the configuration.
