To set up other fixed charges in IKOMSOFT, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the IKOMSOFT platform.
2. Click on the configuration module in the main navigation bar.
3. In the Billing section, click on the option “ITBMS Other Charges.”
4. In the description, enter the name of the charge and click on the “Create” button.
5. Once the charge is created, click on “Define” on the right side of it.
6. Fill out the fields that appear next, such as destination country, description, type, etc.
7. In the calculation type, select “fixed” and click on “Create.
