How to cancel a collection in IKOMSOFT?

To cancel a collection in IKOMSOFT, follow the steps below:

1. Access the IKOMSOFT platform with your username and password.
2. Select the “Pickup” module in the main menu.
3. Click on the “Report” tab and search for the Pickup you want to cancel.
4. Click on the Pickup code to open it.
5. On the right side, locate the field that says “Completed” and select “Cancelled.”
6. Click the “Update” button to cancel the Pickup.
