How to create a collection route in IKOMSOFT?

1. Access the iKomsoft platform with your username and password.
2. Select the Pickup module from the main menu.
3. Click on the ‘Report’ tab.
4. Filter the collections for that day by date and click on ‘generate.’
5. At the bottom of the screen, click on the ‘Create route’ button.
6. On the next screen, fill in the following fields: route name, start date, start time.
7. Select the vehicle previously registered.
8. Select the helper if available.
9. If you want to add a comment, you can enter it in the ‘comment’ field.
10. In the ‘Start route at’ field, enter the address from where the truck will start the collection.
11. In the ‘End route at’ field, enter the route where the truck will finish the collections.
12. Finally, click on the ‘create route’ button.
