How to update the status of a package by scanning it in IKOMSOFT?

To update a package using the scanner in IKOMSOFT, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the scanner’s user account is properly configured for STATUS usage.
2. Open the “IKOMSOFT TRACKING” app on your mobile phone.
3. Log in with your username and password.
4. Select the type of scanning: Camera or Laser.
5. Choose the STATUS and the COUNTRY.
6. Press the SCAN button and focus on the barcode you want to update the status of.
7. Once you have finished scanning all the barcodes, press the button at the bottom right “Sync now” for 3 seconds.
8. Confirm the synchronization.
