How to add packages to a consolidation using the scanner in IKOMSOFT?

To perform consolidation with the scanner in IKOMSOFT, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the scanner user account is correctly configured for CONSOLIDATION use.
  2. Open the “IKOMSOFT TRACKING” app on your mobile phone.
  3. Log in with your username and password.
  4. Select the scanning type: “Camera” or “Laser”.
  5. Choose “CONSOLIDATION” and the “COUNTRY”.
  6. Press the “SCAN” button and focus on the barcode you wish to include in the consolidation.
  7. Once you have finished scanning all the barcodes, press the button at the bottom right “Sync now” for 3 seconds.
  8. Confirm the synchronization.
