How to recover old data in Ikomsoft?

To recover old data in Ikomsoft, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Ikomsoft platform.
2. Click on the configuration module in the main navigation bar.
3. Go to the Utility section and click on “Recover Data.”
4. Next, click on the “Search Invoice in History” button.
5. Enter the client’s number you wish to view the history for, for example, the pound sign followed by the client’s number, and press Enter.
6. The old data for that client will then be displayed in Ikomsoft.
