How to blacklist a client in IKOMSOFT could be used to indicate that you should no longer work with that client due to some problem or inconvenience.

Log in to your IKOMSOFT account and click on the “Clients” menu in the main navigation bar.
Search for and select the client you want to blacklist.
On the client’s profile page, look for the “Report and Monitoring” option.
In the Service field, select whether you want to block the service to the selected client.
You can add a note or comment to indicate the reason for blacklisting the client.
Select the level of incidence, whether it was normal, high, or very high.
Confirm the action to blacklist the client by clicking on the create button.
After this, the client will be marked as blocked and you will no longer be able to assign tasks to that client.
